Running a small business often means managing everything yourself, including your team. HR isn’t usually something most people think about until a situation comes up.

I help small business owners to get their HR set up properly, making sure the right foundations are in place from the start. That includes things like contracts, policies and processes that are clear, compliant and practical.

I also support you when situations arise, helping you understand your options and handle things in a way that protects you and your business. This ensures you can keep running everything smoothly.

My aim is to give you clarity and confidence, without making things feel corporate or complicated.
